After more than a decade of bickering, bad matches and the occasional success story, Married at First Sight Australia (MAFS) is set to return for its twelfth season.

We still aren’t over the drama of the most recent season—which, may we note, only produced two surviving couples—yet filming for the next instalment of the social experiment is reportedly already underway. An insider told Yahoo! Lifestyle that the MAFS 2025 cast is locked in, with the brides and grooms having signed contracts and received their schedules for the months ahead. They added that the team over at Channel Nine is buzzing about a few matches in particular, and hoping this crop of couples are “more dynamic” than ever. What exactly “dynamic” means isn’t clear, however—are producers hoping for a Michael and Martha-style love story, or a duo who will stir the pot?

Even though the series won’t air until early next year, we might not have to wait that long to get a look at year’s hopefuls. Several supposed MAFS 2025 cast members have already been “leaked” and surprise, surprise—there are two ex-reality TV stars and a fitness blogger among them.

Scroll on to see all the lucky singles who are rumoured to have been cast so far.

MAFS 2025 Cast: All the Rumoured Brides & Grooms

Rhi Disljenkovic

According to a report from the Daily Mail, the first member of the MAFS 2025 cast is Rhi Disljenkovic, a fitness blogger and IT account manager hailing from Melbourne. According to the outlet, Disljenkovic is described by friends as a “gorgeous, fun doll” who loves to have fun but “wears her heart on her sleeve.”

She is also reportedly friends with MAFS alum Eden Harper and former The Bachelor Australia leads, Matt Agnew and Sam Wood.

Sierah Swepstone

The second bride reportedly picked for MAFS Australia‘s twelfth season is no stranger to reality television. The Daily Mail reported that Sierah Swepstone—who appeared as a contestant on Jimmy Nicholson’s season of The Bachelor in 2021—is part of the cast, sharing the news alongside a photo of the 31-year-old filming in her local Melbourne.

Should the report be true, Swepstone will surely be one of the season’s stand out participants. She was popular during her run on The Bachelor and upon her elimination, joked that it was because Jimmy “wasn’t into tall, horny bogans.”

Paul Antoine

There is another member of the MAFS 2025 cast who is taking their second stab at finding love on television. Paul Anotine, who appeared on Network Ten’s defunct show The Real Love Boat in 2022, has also been spotted on the set of the social experiment.

French-born Antoine currently resides in Perth and works as a fitness coach.

When Does MAFS Start?

There is currently no official release date for MAFS 2025. However, the show typically premieres in late January or early February each year, so keep your eyes peeled for an official announcement regarding Season 12’s premiere.

Married At First Sight Australia Judges

Like last year, the MAFS brides and grooms will reportedly be matched and guided by experts John Aiken, Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla for the show’s twelfth season.
